Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: As of right now, I am only shipping within the U.S. I am working to re-expand shipping internationally, but due to the tulmutlious situation of global shipping at the moment I am restricted. Please be patient as I work this out! I hope to remedy this as soon as possible.
Q: How does your shipping work?
A: I ship with the USPS, so everything follows their schedule. Every order except orders that contain only stickers (as they are packaged in envelopes and stamps) come with a tracking number that allows you to follow the progress of your order once it has shipped. You will receive an email notifying you of your order's shipping status.
Q: My order contains stickers and other items, but when I check out it shows up as two shipments. Why is that?
In order to ensure the most accurate and lowest pricing, I had to set stickers as a different product type. Otherwise, you would be way overcharged for shipping for such a small item! Big Cartel uses that method mostly for items that need to be shipped seperately, like posters in tubes.
Q: I need to change the address for my order, how do I do that?
A: Please contact me via email with your order #, old address, and new address. I can change that for you very easily?
Q: I need to cancel and refund my order, is this possible?
A: Yes. Please contact me via email and I will do so as soon as possible.
Q: My package got lost/damaged/contains the wrong item, may I get it replaced?
A: Yes. Please contact me with the appropriate information so we can get it all sorted out.
