Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes! If you do not see your country as an option please send me a message and I'll add it to the products you want.

Q: How does your shipping work?

A: I ship with the USPS, so everything follows their schedule. Every order except orders that contain only stickers (as they are packaged in envelopes and stamps) come with a tracking number that allows you to follow the progress of your order once it has shipped. You will receive an email notifying you of your order's shipping status.

Q: How does shipping to the UK work?

A: Same as the previous answer, but the customer will have the pay the VAT fee upon arrival.

Q: I need to change the address for my order, how do I do that?

A: Please contact me via email with your order #, old address, and new address. I can change that for you very easily?

Q: I need to cancel and refund my order, is this possible.

A: Yes. Please contact me via email and I will do so as soon as possible.

Q: My package got lost/damaged/contains the wrong item, may I get it replaced?

A: Yes. Please contact me with the appropriate information so we can get it all sorted out. 

All products and packaging are handled in a smoke free home.
